Growing up in rural Ohio, Morgan learned the value of a strong work ethic at a young age. Dedication and hard work were values that were instilled in her early on, and they have stuck with her long after she entered the professional world.

Morgan was inspired most by the relationship her grandparents had; she says they always pushed her to follow her dreams and taught her the value of business and partnership in a relationship. Her grandmother’s sense of style and bold take on life made her a perfect role model for Morgan, who has a keen eye for fashion. Her grandfather was resilient, hard working, and always there for his family no matter what. These values also influenced Morgan’s attitude toward entrepreneurship. Morgan left home and went to college in Ohio. After graduation at 21 she moved to Chicago, excited to begin the next chapter of her life. At 23, she opened her f irst direct marketing and sales firm, which taught her leadership, teamwork, and the importance of being able to handle the ups and downs of running a business.
